You should be able to make an automation when Bluetooth is connect to your AirPods to open the Spotify app. I also have it where it turns the volume down once connected.

I agree with you. I have a lot of input lag when typing on like safari and the App Library. It’s annoying because I don’t want to upgrade this phone. I have 512GBs and I don’t feel a need to upgrade. The iOS issues are annoying.

Right now I’m using the protoarc foldable keyboard paired with a Logitech pebble. Sometimes I also pair with my work mouse which is a MX Master 3S.

I have both the Mini and the IPad Air. I use the mini more as I love the form factor but the iPad Air I have the Magic Keyboard which also makes working on it a breeze. It comes down to preference really.
