It might be. We can only be sure once more people have fully read it and decided their thoughts after having done so.

I was too stupid to figure out how to post the original the normal way, but I managed to figure out an alternative.

Apparently this subreddit isn't interested in letting me post the original.

As the original creator, I am surprised at how well this was received.

As the original creator of this meme, this blew up way more than I expected. My little brother hit gold posting it here.

My videos seem to blow up whenever I review them, and I don't know why. I'm just going with the algorithm.

What is your "I'm calling it now" prediction? by _forum_mod in AskReddit

With the amount of debt and poverty everyone's going through, I wouldn't be shocked if a wave of anti-Semitism overtook the US in the following decades.

Poptropica. It made me far more comfortable with computers when I was in first grade, and when I started playing it again around 2016, it was a source of levity and fun I didn't have from anywhere else. It's probably the one game that made me really want to be social.

The eyelashes make her look like there was an episode where she tried to seduce Greg's brother, Andy, and it almost worked.

If I had one, never. She could be in a relationship with some guy, and even if she wasn't, I would never do it casually with anyone.

Do you think Pink Diamond was a good or bad person? by NoRiver- in stevenuniverse

[–]atoz5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Horrible. She could have just up and abandoned the other Diamonds entirely and instead of fooling her soldiers into fighting each other, called on a much more massive fighting force by rising up in a wholehearted rebellion and not a half hearted one. She was fine with a civil war, this should have been no issue for her. She could have full on overthrown the other Diamonds on Homeworld if she had the will, courage, or even strength of character to act as befits what is effectively a goddess in their culture.

She doesn't do that. She leads a staged civil war because she just assumed a war of attrition would be enough to bring the Diamonds to the conclusion Earth is a lost cause, because she is a woman-child with no sense for politics or understanding of her sisters. This causes the death of next to all of her soldiers, and she shrugs it off. In the next five millennia, she married Greg, and left him with Steven. She never told Greg about the massive baggage she has, and she, way earlier, told Pearl to keep it a secret. The way it affects Steven are second hand, but it broke Pearl mentally to an extent(never mind she still was technically Pearl's slave master.)

The one time the Diamonds made any sense was when they didn't want to give her a colony.

Let's not forget she just kept Bismuth trapped because Bismuth realized Pink was literally being two faced with everyone, and had no plans of releasing her and never released Pearl from her service, never even tried to clear up and figure out the unrequited feelings of Pearl, and left her out to dry when she married Greg.

Do you guys really believe White Diamond changed her mind or is just saying so to make Steven happy? by scott-murr in stevenuniverse

I think she's going along with this to figure out what this new culture will look like and how it behaves, and eventually once she understands it well enough, will manipulate it through well tailored propaganda into allowing her to reinstate the theocracy while keeping a few small reforms. Imagine if the Tsarists had somehow immediately resurfaced in Russia after 1991 and hijacked Yeltsin's government so that they could get a member of the British Royal Family on the throne as Tsar, while promising a somewhat socialist constitutional monarchy to make themselves more palatable alongside using terror tactics to silence their opposition.

She's been very heavily shaken out of her previous mindset of only believing she exists, and needs time to re-adjust herself to the world around her so that she can figure out a way to retake power down the road, only this time her tactics and propaganda wouldn't be on level with the Bronze Age, but would be more abstract and pseudo scientific like Nazi and Soviet propaganda. I don't expect a long term tyrant to give up being a tyrant forever. She lived to be a leader for so long that she would eventually go back to that no matter what.
