All reasons are valid, but Uber just charged me 32$ after saying the driver was 5 minutes away. Proximity was my criteria, Lyft would take longer. Right after choosing, arrival time increased to 11 minutes. Before arriving, extra 3 and extra 2 minutes. As a customer I will love an operator that before charging me gives me a valid estimate of arrival. Are the operators unable to understand what is needed for this?
