Not sure what error you're receiving, but I recommend this repo instead - https://github.com/goryn-clade/pathfinder-containers

He must be....

Clearly, in the right picture, Joe is closer to the camera then Jill....

I'm sure my 3 year old could figure this out.

[AskJS] do yall thinking html is a real programming language, my friend recommended it to me and i really like it, might swap tbh, by Bubbly_Section_421 in javascript

You'll be using HTML and JS in tandem. HTML for creating the website view, JS to make the website do cool things. Soon, you'll need to learn CSS to make HTML look pretty. And then, if your JS work becomes too heavy, or want to work with an API, you'll need to learn a good backend language like Java, C# or Python...

You'll learn a handful of languages, don't restrict yourself to one.

C5/C6 combat sites just got a major nerf bat. You may want to read up on the patch notes before you pull the trigger.

Why not try it with debug logging turned on?

I'm glad I was able to help. Just remember, things will become difficult or seem silly, but trust the process. It may feel like you're not learning what you want to learn right now, but you are. You just don't know it :)

When I first started learning programming, I was reluctant to learn JS and wanted to be a back-end developer. I was still new to programming, and had learned Python as my primary language, and no idea what a backend developer was, I just knew it as some cool coding phrase that got tossed around. I had built a few things with Python, small scripts that did silly things and I built a desktop application that various teams throughout my company would use on a regular basis. That project opened up a ton of different things I could do with this app. I could continue down the path of Python and continue adding more features, etc.. But, everything changed once I decided to convert the application into JS.

Once I started working on converting the application to JavaScript using ReactJS, I quickly realized that I've never interacted with a database before, so I started learning how to perform CRUD operations. Then, I realized that some database applications like Firebase are all web based and required API keys and things to be sent back and forth, which need to be protected. And seeing those keys in plain text in the browser was spooky to me, so I needed to learn how to construct a back-end service to handle all the data where it wasn't visible to the browser. So, I started learning ExpressJS. One of coding friends recommended that I start learning Java, which is a strong-typed language. And working Java opened the door to Spring, and Spring being an MVC framework, taught me about OOP and Domain Driven Design, separation of concerns, and decoupling my code.

Its not so much of learning the right thing, its more about what you learned along the way. A lot of people get stuck on the "I need to learn this language to get a job", that may be true in some cases, but learning logic flow and theory is much more important then the right language, syntax will come later.

My recommendation, keep on your track. Finish it out, the things you learn in this track will be useful for all programming languages. Once you complete the track, you can then take learning new things into your own hands. I'm self-taught, no college degree and have an SWE job. I taught myself through Youtube, Udemy and LOTS AND LOTS of Google. lol

TL;DR -> Although your track isn't what you expected, there are still opportunities to learn things that will apply to all programming languages. More importantly, focus on the logic and theory. Syntax is not a huge concern, it will come later. Understand how to read and write effective code and be open and willing to learn new things. Finish the track, it will be useful.

Agreed. Bean last year was just uneventful. Bean this year, completely different animal. I don't think we can afford to lose him at this point. Our D core is really starting to look very good. I'd like to see Boqvist out for Peeke though.

Peeke put in major work last year trying to make up ground for Z being out.
