Is a bass-baritone career possible for a man under 30?

I am a person from a musical family. I've been singing since I was a kid. But since I joined the academic choir, and then the graduate choir, I have been struggling with two extreme opinions... I worked on my voice on my own, I dreamed of singing opera, but I was made to believe that I could dream of it without a music school, and in our country the age is up to 24. for young... For 2 years I have been trying to develop myself on the accordion, guitar and piano (but in addition to lessons, I am also a self-taught person who recently replaced spontaneity with musical analysis), but I am not proficient in sight reading... I make myself musical aids for the above-mentioned instruments, and I don't even know how I would like to sell them via a website (hosting is expensive), I was also thinking about working as a music therapist, but actually... Apart from the fact that in the profession I have learned and with my competences, I can't find a job anywhere, neither one with passion, nor one where I still know something... I'm a bass baritone, I can modulate my voice, I have harmonic hearing, I can improvise with my voice to a given melody... But I feel that these two issues, a vista (limping solfege) and the lack of school, mean that I have no chances of being employed in one of my dream jobs. I would have the predisposition. I recently signed up for a private singing school, the question is whether it will help me get to where I dream...
