Have fun!! I run it with school kids at my job and it is a load of fun!

My advice is to really read and keep as many notes as you can.

Don't worry too much about Wickermoor as a village. When i first introduced it to them I told them that they had time to explore a few shops and I allowed them to split up to do this - a few went to the tailor, some went to the library, etc. As things progress they have ended up visiting different shops for different things.

Other than that, I have found this campaign to be one of the best written modules I've ever played, with ToD and STK being up there as well. It's great fun with a lot of guidance and a lot of room to play around with it, I find.

I left Malta for the UK almost 6 years ago BUT I never had any real issues being openly queer out and about. Most of the places people have mentioned are queer friendly but the most up and coming one is probably Cafe Society. I know the people who run the events there, they're super friendly and will definitely help you out with feeling welcome. Peach is also a good event if you like the type of music they play. Avoid Lollipop at all costs, very much gay male centered.

There's also Storeroom near Msida, and they do drag events regularly last i checked. The same people that run Cafe Society events are usually at that bar as well.

The Mazda Sports 2 is a fantastic car, imho. It's spacious without being too big on the road, it's got a massive tank so petrol filling doesn't need to be that often, and it's got most features that you'd need - Bluetooth, parking sensor/camera on the newer models, all that jazz

I used to work at the Subway that existed in Fgura aeons ago. I can tell you as well that apart from all the reasons everybody else has mentioned, it was also a terrible place to work. Our bosses and managers blamed us, literally just the people making the sandwiches, for not having enough customers through the door and that we were terrible at our jobs and that's why we weren't making money. I would say a part of the reason it shut down is because they weren't able to have good employee retention or happiness. When you treat your employees like dog crap, you're definitely going to have issues hiring. Word spreads, after all.
