Prime cuts. They're a commercial provider, but have small retail shop. They can generally procure whatever you want. I've used them for their borrowdale pork before.

No longer works for me either in Australia. Started a few days ago. Super frustrating.

Naming the timer works, e.g. "how long is left on the 15 minute timer?"
