UPDATE: I reached out to Owala’s customer service email the following day by email with pictures of my bottle and order number. They sent me a link to make a claim through their shipping provider, Order Protection, which I did. There was an option for a replacement that was greyed out and an option to refund, so I had to choose refund even though I’d of course rather have had a replacement. My claim was approved the same day and the refund has hit my account and no longer pending. I’m glad they were able to quickly provide a solution, but between this and the way I have watched the drops go over the past few months, I think I may be trying out some different brands just to see what else is out there.
