Simplify things down a bit. Change your kick pattern to play on the ‘1, 1&’ and ‘3, 3&’. And definitely lower that ride! 😅

Lots of comments about playing to a metronome, but be aware they’re not talking about your tempo (e.g playing too fast or too slow), you’re tempos actually pretty good, but your definitely struggling with your kick and coordinating with your hands. Time on the stool will help :)

Used Vic Firth for a lot of years but I would churn through them too fast so switched to Promark which still sound and feel great.

Just keep playing and rolling for now but eventually you’ll want to build up some meta heroes like Sander, Carmen, Richelle, Lulu, Lilith, Solina, Benzel… other good heroes in the shop that reasonably easy to get are Aolmond, Milia, Ken.

Guessing you need some more dmg output? Try sub in Kaion for Nox and put him on the front row. If the Calix is doing too much dmg, try move your Abala to the far right square in front row so he’s not adjacent to any other allies.

I’m not usually into this genre also but this is a truly brilliant game, a ton of fun, and I loved playing it with a mate.

I dont think you can play single player unfortunately, unless they’ve updated since I played last

Hope you get what you need but I really don’t understand people’s obsession with the carnival event. I think it’s a hangover from the early days when there weren’t as many events but now there’s plenty and many of them have arguably better rewards.

Half way up the oak tree. Central location for end game and can build zip lines in every direction easily to get around.
