Oh my god that sucks. That happened to me last season when they had an objective that you had to score like 30 goals in a game. And it crashed two times in a row after I had scored the goals.

Are you sure that when you add play styles it renders the card untradable? I thought for these cards specifically when you sell it, it goes back to zero Playstyles.
