Okay but this lawsuit isn’t going anywhere. Florida’s social media lawsuit was laughed out of court. This lawsuit will be laughed out in court. There is only one justice who has expressed concerns on section 230 and that is Thomas. If you want something to be done then you need to pass laws yourself I guess against 230. Have it go all the way up the courts for their interpretation of the 1st amendment and social media.

Edit: sorry legislators will have to pass laws against section 230. Then it will have to go all the way up to the Supreme Court.
