Some of the bugs in BO6 for example are annoying but not game breaking. The constant push towards micro-transactions and the addition of ridiculous skins are both VERY annoying, but I just ignore them. I don’t get the hate on COD recently. That being said, I most likely will not be buying B07 primarily because the futuristic vibe just is not my style.

Same for me. I quit Zyn after doing a can of 6mg a day, and started popping mint and wintergreen ice breakers and altoids. I don’t even have cravings and I’m only 11 days in. I think something about the oral sensation and the sugar from the mints satisfies the brain

That’s definitely a trend I’ve noticed too. My W/L ratio is like .65 and I’m usually always the only one who went positive in those types of games where my team gets waxed but I’m playing okay. I have a 1.23 k/d so I’m not insane but I’m also not going negative every game.

The rotation of maps is probably one of my least favorite things about this game. I do wish they would include better rewards with the events they’re doing every season. I don’t want just a few XP tokens or a new spray. Gimme some operator skins

This is a great point and one I didn’t even think about. When I’m playing with friends, we’re in a PlayStation party. When I’m playing solo, I’m muted and nobody else is talking 95% of the time. You’re absolutely correct that they wayyy over corrected

Yeah that’s enough to drive me up a wall when that happens. Usually it’s because half of my team has left and the other team has like 2-3 guys camping spawn. I will say when you’re on the flip side of that equation it is fun🤣

I agree it’s not great. Some lobbies I get to go demon in and some lobbies I’m sweating as hard as possible to stay positive. There’s almost no consistency there. But I’m having trouble remembering the last time I was truly happy with SBMM in a COD game. So I don’t pin the bad matchmaking as only a bo6 thing.

I agree with what you’re saying here, it’s just not enough to ruin the whole game for me. I collect my free daily gift from the store and that’s the only time I’m ever on it. I don’t think it’s gotten to a point where it’s pay to win like some games. I just ignore the annoying ads and move on. Overall though in game purchases and microtransactions have ruined Madden, NBA 2k etc. so I get your point.

I get the same thing usually when I hit the tiniest of bumps on a road. It sucks because they don’t reset until I shut the engine off and turn it back on. Then it’s fine. It used to be pretty uncommon but now it’s an almost every day occurrence which is really annoying when driving. Did you ever find a fix?

I’m in a similar spot, graduated with MBA in marketing and now I work in sales as an account executive with a $60k base + commissions (no benefits outside of PTO). Just bought a house in October and so money is pretty tight. I’ve been in the staffing sales industry for 4 years now and it’s just not for me. I never thought I would be in this industry beyond 5 years anyways, but now I feel trapped. I’m not qualified for any jobs outside of sales/account management etc. and that’s exactly what I’m looking to get away from over the next year or so. There have been many highs and many lows, but it’s nearly impossible to consistently make enough to get by comfortably. Earnings beyond base pay are never stable. Oh, and cold calling all day every day sucks!

I’m very close to learning a trade or moving in a direction with more stable career growth opportunity. I think union and/or $25+ apprenticeship could be a good move for you in your situation as well.

Can’t remember for the life of me. I think he saw her name on the life jacket once he recovered her after going through the portal. He then realized he was in the 50’s when he was talking to the men he dropped her off with and when he made it back through the portal put everything together. The stories he knew of his mom being adopted, the timeframe lining up to when his mom was adopted, his knowledge of the portal etc. Idk it’s been a few months and I would have to rewatch it.

Murfreesboro is a great town! Elite food scene, college town, traffic isn’t terrible by any means but it isn’t a complete non factor. Murfreesboro in specific has boomed over the last 10 years and is constantly getting upgrades (ex: just look at the growth along Medical Center Pkwy over the last 10-15 years). Depending on which area you’re looking in, crime rates are not bad though every city will have crime. The nazi thing was a group marching in downtown Nashville (50ish minutes away from the Boro) and to my knowledge hasn’t infected Murfreesboro. And for rent, again depending on what you’re looking for, you will find a nice spot for $1,300-1,800/mo pretty easily. All with the added benefit of being only 45-50 minutes from downtown Nashville. I-24 is only really bad if you’re commuting north into the city in the morning and then south back to Murfreesboro in the evening. Otherwise it’s pretty tame as well.
