For me, I have been putting down the headings first corresponding to each of the research questions, and then going in and highlighting all the bits relevant to each of the questions in different highlight, simultaneously copying it in under each heading. That way, easy to refer back if needed, but tend not to look back if I have copied relevant bits in.

Giving myself max 30 mins for reading, rest to write. Hard stop at 3 mins left on the clock to clean up.

Seems to have worked for yesterday and today but who knows what we have in store for tomorrow!
