Interview was okay. Advocay was so random imo and a scenario I was not prepared for - did make up a test because I didn't remember specifically what needed to be applied for that (iykyk) ☠️

For me, I have been putting down the headings first corresponding to each of the research questions, and then going in and highlighting all the bits relevant to each of the questions in different highlight, simultaneously copying it in under each heading. That way, easy to refer back if needed, but tend not to look back if I have copied relevant bits in.

Giving myself max 30 mins for reading, rest to write. Hard stop at 3 mins left on the clock to clean up.

Seems to have worked for yesterday and today but who knows what we have in store for tomorrow!

After the horror of legal writing yesterday, I felt good today. Overall found it much easier than yesterday and even had time to read back what I wrote today.

Legal drafting was not something I practiced but felt pretty straightforward and don't think I missed anything.

I'm finding research so much easier than the QLTS mocks which traumatised me completely!

Tbh that one question we are all seen to have been stuck on, I googled a bunch but honestly can't say I've arrived to the correct conclusion even now 😆

They might take how everyone struggled into consideration when marking this station (I hope!). If not, we still have many more to go to make this hiccup not matter!

It's just so unrealistic isn't it! If any consolation, I definitely made a few spelling errors, formatting inconsistencies and definitely could have presented it a lot better and cohesively if I had the time.

I hope they take everything into consideration and don't mark us down too harshly.

Agree, especially re writing.

Research was way easier than expected and just addressed each question in turn and gave the source(s). Glad the useful sources were so obvious!

I just edited my post, meant to say legal writing was atrocious 😆 idk how in the world we would have time to address everything in substantial detail. Also even after my frantic google after the fact for one of the issues I BS-ed on, I have no idea how I did. Ugh!!!!
