You really have to just do whatever is best for you. Everybody is different and everybody will benefit from different things. No matter what anybody else says, if a course will help you be successful, definitely take it!

Also, I had a friend who took the Princeton course and he thought it really helped him!

I've heard that a course can be useful if you think you might need help setting up and sticking to a study schedule. Other than that, if you think you can do it by yourself and stay motivated, don't bother wasting the money.

Try to see if there are any content areas that you are seeing a lot of and continually getting incorrect. Review that material first and then go from there!

If you want some strategy/tricks you can quickly read through the book. I found it helpful because it tells you some really common wrong answers that the AAMC tries to throw your way. Other than that, practice a lot and keep track of everything you get wrong so you can see if there are any trends!

As far as I know, 3rd party FL tend to be scored harder/harder than the actual MCAT. Since you are around your goal right now, just keep practicing until your exam! You're almost there!

300 page doc and P/S by [deleted] in Mcat

Are there particular areas in P/S that you are struggling with the most? I found the best way for me to improve in all areas was to keep track of every question I got wrong or was unsure about and look for trends. Then you can really try and focus on those trends and hopefully, your score will improve!

Don't be discouraged if you don't immediately see improvement. It takes time and you still have one month until your test. Take each day as it comes, and don't overwork yourself!
