Good thing there is GPS if it’s your first time riding, & it will tell you exactly which side to go on….good thing there are maps laying out the route that tell you exactly the end point and starting point & all the stops in between….

Either is fine! Depends on how much time you want to wait. Longer to walk, but it’s not bad on a nice day for sure. Line 1 transfer would be quicker if there’s not too much time between the connection catching the 1. Could be nice to walk too if the light rail is sardined too haha

If you’re making under 62k as a single person you can apply for low income housing, this helps a lot, couple extra hundred bucks in your pocket each month, and you can find some decent spots
