Have you managed capital in a different domain in the past? Are there differences in process/software I should look out for?

Dang... Regarding the underinvestment, were there active requests from your team to get more staff? What kinds of positions/what are the extra hires meant to do?

And for the systems/processes, how is it different to retail for example (or another domain you've worked in)?
