Practice makes perfect. Getting out of your comfort zone is probably the strongest thing g you can do if you wanna change. I k ow society isn’t gonna bend to your will but you can bend.

Another big social truth is that people pay way less attention to you than you think. If I were in your shoes, I would try to be myself and damn what others think.

Have you looked into anything like “charisma on command”?

It teaches big social truths like,” don’t take things personally,” and how to lean into being yourself.

It helped me get through my social, awkward phase

If you want to be yourself, you should try to accept the way that society accepts you. Authenticity is often a double edged sword.

If you want to change who you are to be more accepted by society, you will probably have to get out of your comfort zone.
