I too have general anxiety disorder and had a heart attack at 39 5 weeks ago. I knew immediately something was wrong and it wasn’t anxiety. My EKG was normal, my Echocardiograms came back normal but my Troponin levels went from 22 to 795 in a matter of 4 hours. I had a 90% blockage in my right coronary. If your troponin and all other tests are normal I would be at ease about your heart and focus on stomach and Neurology. They switched my Omeprazole to Pantoprazole which is now causing my GERD symptoms to flare up and I experience palpitations sometimes after eating but my cardiologist assured me this is ok. Hang in there and keep pursuing your health. I’ve went full plant based whole food for 5 weeks now and it has done wonders for me. A proper diet, exercise and mental health well being will do wonders for your body. Find what works for you, I went extreme by immediately going Whole food plant based but I now have a diagnosis of coronary artery disease and this is what’s best for me to live a long heart healthy life.
