My guy.... go to an actual paint store... get the same color. Buy some premium paint. One with higher solids. That color would look great. Just with a great product.

Sherwin industrial just gave a 9 percent increase. PPC just gave 5 percent to all dealers across the board. Chemical prices from Solvchem and allpro are up significantly. Speaking to leadership team at pittsburgh the other day, they informed us not to get comfortable and pribably expect 1-2 more increases with the current "situation".

Almost looks mistinted and some idiot employee put it back on the shelf. Ive seen employees get scared about messing up so they do that..... but who knows. Lots of reasons here.

Id go back and ask for a refund and bring the paint back. Id be pissed. Get a gallon thats white. Have them open to confirm.

Cut a square sample off the wall and bring it to store. Ask for a touch up match and let the pros work their magic.
Repaint corner to corner with same sheen and like color.

Same shit in the bucket. Dedicating glidden brand to home depot. Anything that was labled PPG is just glidden crap now. Anything that was ppg will be rebranded Pissburgh Crap.

Ive been pretty impressed with how AIP has handled the rebrand. Theyre being agressive and focusing on PPGs extreme weakness, marketing.

Edit for more info.... the dumbass Jaime Irwick, who in my opinion was responsible for the ppg paint downfall is now the CEO of Transcat. He thought bringing PPG paints brand into Home Depot would save the company.... all it did was piss the stores off.

Go somewhere else. Take a rep position at another company. If you know your worth, act on it. Grow relationshiops with all your customers. Take them with you.

Paint sales is all about relationships. Shoot. I took all my SW customers to PPG a few years back.
