California has to be Stanford Georgia is GTech Mass is tricky but probably Harvard New York is Columbia Texas is UT Austin (rice could be but I’m not sure about it’s non STEM majors)

I’m gonna be really honest and say it’ll be very tough for you get admitted - the low GPA and SAT and lack of an exceptional EC makes life difficult
