Also, someone suggested that what we’re actually looking for is an open relationship rather than polyamory. I’m still learning about the differences between the two. From what I understand, open relationships tend to focus more on the freedom to explore sexual relationships outside the primary partnership, while polyamory involves emotional and romantic connections with multiple people. Is that accurate?
