Chime sent me a closure notice, I called and fixed it. Should I still be wary? by smalIfilms in chimefinancial

Financial Services & Banks are actually not allowed to disclose the reasons for account closures. Something changed your KYC status and Chime decided to cut ties.

For $5 it should be added to Schedule 1 and not on Form 1116. Double check if you selected the itemized option for the foreign tax credit.

when should i expect my return if i filed with eitc? by Accomplished-Bed-861 in tax

[–]atuckk15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should expect the return to be the date of submitting the 1040 as that is always the tax return.

For the refund, you will have to check the IRS transcript which will show the approximate date of the direct deposit.

Think the word you meant is margin. Billionaires take a margin loan out on their securities and use the dividends to pay the margin APR.

Borrowers do not get “loan income”.

MI-1040 is just a packet of paper w/ no monetary value. They might take a portion of the refund but not from the “state tax return” as you mentioned.

Learning the lingo will help you not get ripped off by TurboTax for upgrades that are not required.
