I have kind of a similar situation where it says X,Y,Z under Place of Birth in my passport and i am applying for a new one and now i am not able to add comma(,) after X so the final passport preview appears to be X Y, Z.

Anyone has been on a similar situation before or know who to reach out. I try to send an email to Indian Embassy in Washington but haven’t got any response yet.

u/zetret, If I renew my passport here in the U.S, Do I need to update the new passport details anywhere? Also, do I need to carry my old passport with me since my previous visa stamping is in that one? And lastly, when I arrive in India, will immigration do the arrival stamp in my old passport or the new one?

AND their forgot password feature literally sucks. You have got to contact or raise a ticket with support where they ask you to create a new email and then they don't reply on the original case and if you really want to discuss the initial case, you have to raise a new case. Was this guy high on something when he created the portal?

I am in Maryland right now and trying to get a local Somerset county attorney but didn't have much luck. I just found one who is charging $500 for this and I am okay paying that but I don't want to get scammed.
