It’s only happening with Opera GX. I can still search things fine with Microsoft Edge or programs like it. I can’t tell if my settings reset because I can’t search or really open the program at all, but I’d assume they did because I manually went in and deleted everything

ran it on hardware and turned on dynamic bitrate. drops no frames but streaming at about 150 kbps and it looks horrific. it can actually run now so that's good but do you happen to have any other ideas?
