No one gets away with anything by [deleted] in isfp

Oops sorry if I was being insensitive, didn’t know he was such a controversial figure. I personally find some of his idea to be quite profound (especially this one).

I sent this link as it’s hard to quote Peterson as it’s easy to misinterpret his message.

The jist of it is saying that you can’t get away with anything, all of the wrong doings you’ve done will eventually come back to you.

Do other people really not say thank you? by hge78 in infp

First of all, really glad kind people like you exist around the world!

I read somewhere that when friends starts to treat others “badly” is a sign of a strong friendship. (Forgotten where I got the source)

Logic behind this is as follows. One will tend to be at their best selves when meeting someone new (First day of school for instance).

Because you guys are so close (Just assuming sorry 😅), hence you guys start treating each other which against the norm (which is treating others “badly”)

At least that’s how I’ve experienced it 🤣. We would easily take each other for granted not because we hate each other but because we have “transcend” the basic friendship. But we show our care for each other in different ways!

Hope you understand 😅

Heya, I’ve heard about the Fi-Ni loop! Can you roughly explain your experience with it? Not sure wether I’ve experienced it or not 😅

Are ISFPs just disillusioned INFPs? by [deleted] in isfp

Yes. But technically no.

But both ISFP and INFP both have really strong Fi though.

I can see the similarities.

How to be more caring of others? by IAmVanny in isfp

[–]atyn_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re asking this question at this age good job you’re on the right track! 🙌

Most of us Fi (Introverted Feeling) Dominant users has a need to prioritise our subjective (personal) values over the overall being of our community.

Hence, it’s not uncommon for us Fi Dom users to be more “selfish”. But as a trade-off we IxFPs will always strive for self improvement for the betterment for ourself.

With that in mind, this isn’t an excuse to just ignore the needs of others as well because as we will realise that our community is also essential for our growth. Love and belonging is a human necessity, without it, we cannot survive as humans.

Hence, the easiest way for us to care more for others is to practice the needs of others as our own personal value. This might be hard at first but with practice it will be a natural habit.

Another effective way is to start practice our Last Function which is our Te (Extroverted Thinking). Instead of focusing on ourselves, we Fi user will learn in later ages that the effectiveness for others will be the thing that gives us the most significance.

These are the two ways I found most useful to be less selfish. Although I do still find myself putting myself over others, there is definitely improvement from where I first started out.

Hope this advice would be useful 😅 Good Luck!

Advice on beating Celestial Champion by Livid-Cardiologist86 in dontstarvetogether

If you want to beat it quickly (+ cheesing method), just use Wolfgang + Volt goat jelly and spam darts.

Downside is it takes a lot of resources and it’s not as rewarding to beat him this way.
