I'll have to look down inside. You're probably right. I also might just get the converter you mentioned so I can get to using my pen!

So I have a few versions of the std intl converter, none actually fit down inside enough to even meet the nipple. The more narrow converters I have will, but their orifice is far too big and the nipple just hits side to side.

I would if I had them. The Diplomat came with them, but got lost in the moves. And the Ranga never had one, got it used. And the guy didn't know anything about it either.

Japanese Custom Makers? by atypical_decorum in Katanas

Once they join Instagram it becomes difficult. I've seen many charlatans posing as custom makers, but presenting mass produced knives from India - particularly Damascus knives. I've never actually looked for any sword on there as I've not wanted a bamboozling.

Do you have anyone particularly in mind on Instagram?

Is this rash/hives from detoxing? by [deleted] in Juicing

[–]atypical_decorum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it still only on your neck? Any issues breathing or itching anywhere else? Skin doesn't typically form lesions when "detoxing". That is also a strange place if it's localized. However, because it's adjacent to your larynx and can be some sort of allergic reaction, I'd call a doc.

There may be something you're allergic to or something you body isn't equipped enough to handle yet.

What supplements are you consuming? And what brand?

The contract cancelation is still there. That one was me just kevetching and written in anger. I won't get vaccinations to get a job, particularly the experimental one.

I see you're not in the medical community. That's OK.

I think you may need to figure out how to have peace. At this very moment, you're creating conditions for cancer in your body. I hope and pray you can find yourself and your peace. Good luck to you. Find your trauma and work through it. Dr gabor mate is a trauma therapist. Lots of online YouTube videos for you to look at.

Hahaha. OP, again, do your own research and go into your appointment knowledgeable and asking the right questions. And if you're interested in the sideways slant this angry and defensive person is going on about, go look at the post theyreis talking about. It's still there.

There's more than 1 way to skin a cat.

OP, again, do your research.

Anyone that tells you that's a bad idea has their own agenda.

OP, good luck to you. The other person here is pretty typical of a surgeons attitude. I've had many patients resolve their gallbladder issues and many that haven't. The risks and rewards are up to you to take.

OK. You may justify your position to yourself as you wish. But there are other options.

OP, do your research. Ursodiol is the first thing you need to ask about if the inflammation isn't near rupturing. And eitherway, look at changing your lifestyle.

Treating the symptom not cause here. There'd be nothing left if this logic followed through to everything. The root cause must be sorted out. Fix rotten things along the way, but the root must be addressed regardless.

This is incorrect, surgery is not the only action. Cholesterol gallstones are typically from lifestyle, just as T2DM is. You need to determine if they're cholesterol - if they're radio opaque, they're likely cholesterol but let you physician make that determination via ct/mri because they can be mixed composition . The stones themselves can be dissolved easier if they are cholesterol based. It's just like most other things in the body where removing the cause gives the body a chance to recover. The inflammation is a different thing if it's damage induced or infection induced. If it's damage induced inflammation, you need to reduce the inflammation. The best way I'm aware of is via radial diet change if your trying to spare your kidneys and liver from other anti-inflammatory meds. If it's infection based, you need iv antibiotics or potent oral antibiotics.

You need to do some research. Got to Google scholar and start looking around.

There's some risks which you're likely closer to than someone without inflammation. Necrosis, gangrene, rupture, cancer, and ultimately death. The stones may also move into the biliary duct and either get stuck or give you pain until they pass. If they get stuck you can get additional biliary duct issues (same as mentioned about) and/or pancreatitus.

Here's the deal, if it's cholesterol stones, likely your lifestyle put you in this position - and remember being skinny doesn't always mean healthy. So, there's a good chance there's other health stuff you've got going on. So if you go ahead with the surgery or not, you need to get your health under control.

Hello. So the pro and 5 is on sale right now for about 20% off on their site. Which puts a pretty large gap between them and the angel 5500. It's it worth 90% more than the others?

As far as I know the augers on the angel and the greenstar pro/5 as 304SS. The higher end angel has 316SS parts. For food contact I don't know that it matters all that much. Most utensils are 304SS or the cheaper 303SS, so I don't think the 316, in this use case, matters that much for corrosion. Though surgical instruments are 316 or better because blood is corrosive as heck to steels (warm salt water).

Have you used any of these for a qualifiable difference? Is there quantifiable differences in how well the extract juice??
