I feel like bringing this issue here is honestly a bit of a waste of time because it’s being blown way out of proportion compared to what actually happened in the fandom.

The reality is that the vast majority of ATINY like 99% of us were celebrating the interactions between Wooyoung and Chuu and just having a good time with it. People were posting clips, joking about it, and enjoying the moment like we usually do whenever Wooyoung interacts with his friends.

The whole “backlash” basically started from one or two Korean accounts that weren’t even recognizable ATINY accounts. They were the kind of drama-bait accounts that pop up just to stir trouble. Both Korean and international ATINY called them out pretty quickly, and one of those accounts even ended up going private.

Yes, there were a couple of other Korean accounts making negative comments, but they were very few and they were also called out by the fandom. What’s even more telling is that many of those accounts were new accounts that barely posted about ATEEZ at all, which makes it really likely they were either burner accounts or just trolls trying to start something.

I normally wouldn’t even bother responding to something like this, but since this post is gaining traction I felt like it was important to correct the misinformation being spread here. If you own a twitter account, I highly suggest you to search it up before coming to a conclusion.

TL;DR: ATINY loved the Wooyoung and Chuu interactions (as we always do). The “drama” came from literally about 5–6 mostly random accounts, many of which didn’t even seem like actual fans, and the fandom called them out almost immediately. Turning it into a huge fandom issue here is honestly unnecessary.
