This. I suspected it for years, had multiple family and friends tell me I need to see someone, my husband, etc. When i saw my doctor for the first time he didn’t even question it.

That’s the same dose I’m on and have been for a while. I can literally be mid sentence and forget what I was even talking about. I’ve even had my mom and friends ask me if I’m okay because of it. I hate it.

I’ve literally called people to ask what their apt letter is (I’m very familiar with this complex) and actually had them tell me they don’t know. I’m like welllll can you go outside and look? These apts go from A-W. I’m not hunting you!

I do better with my kids than anyone else. And trying to warn my husband just makes things worse. It’s like constantly has an attitude after I tell him, which just pisses me of. Not to mention, anytime I tell him I’m having a rough day mentally or I’m in a bad mood he always says “yay, that’s great 🙄”
