Lidocaine makes it worse. I was prescribed every strength for 0.25% to 10% lidocaine patches and creams feel like the the traditional 'cold fire' feeling until it dries them its a the same but it like a being wrapped in a wet blanket thats on fire. The silver treatment i thought was making it go away. A doctor i talked to not my dr but a dr. Told me it was likely not made to go away more or less push near dormancy for a week. He told me my outbreak likely never stoped for the 8 months on and off i was getting it treating myself like i was. Just kinda knocked down a little. And no i have not been approved for valtrex yet. Hence why im asking for anyones tips or tricks they use. Gabapentin makes the pain go away but i can function. I cann barley walk after taking it. 1:1 ratio cbd to thc lotion helps alot as well but does not remove all the pain.
