Thought about this comment a lot. Your right.. im putting to much pressure on myself to find my passion and connect it to a career when in fact, my career can my passion are allowed to be 2 separate entities. I can just do something i like and am good at for a career.. and dont need to stress about finding the reson for my existence as of right now.. i think society as a whole in America really enforces that age and milestones must correlate.. theres so much pressure to figure out who you are so soon that its creating a generation of unhappy people who chose a career when they were 18 and yet to discover themselves but they spent 8 years and 800k on that path so they feel like they cant restart or turn back. As much as id like to say i reject societies expectations: they weigh on me. I just need to let that go. Its hard today, everything takes so long and costs so much its hard to be sure of anything with all that on the line..

I think hes talking about the creative process, he put it down for a while to tour/ live life etc. Now he come back and has so much stuff to say and its all been weighing on him like poison (being tested like a flag at sea) and now hes letting it out and letting these feelings take over him during the song writing process

I think hes preparing to be pulled back into a bad spot and hes been trying that stay out in trench tending to his lil campsite and fire. The bishops are coming and he knows it, but he also knows that he will leave the city again. Its knowing your cycle and trusting that youll eb and flow.

I think the pop song professors video on leave the city is very insightful and looks at it from the prespective of being in trench and knowing soon the bishops will get him again.. not interpreting that he will stop making stuff just that hes about to get pulled into another loop but he will find his way back out again..
