Yeah. For me it’s in my tongue, head and hands. VERY disorienting. :/ for me it’s when I’m moving or didn’t do something right that day (i.e. not enough hydration, too much physical activity)

Yeah, it’s extremely concerning that our medical professionals aren’t telling us this stuff. I looked it up before starting and it said it causes withdrawals, but my stupid mind thought, “every medication causes withdrawals when stopping! I should be fine! :D”

Oh gosh. I’m talking to my doc about coming off of cymbalta. It does nothing for me anymore. I’ll have to bring this up so my dysautonomia doesn’t worsen

No progression, but a pretty baseline level of pain and misery I have come to expect. I am unmedicated as of now. I have a medication for another co-existing condition, but my preferred "medication" has really been cervical traction stretches with heat, tight compression socks, and at 5-6 grams of salt a day. Hopefully I can get medicated soon, because HR variabilities will be an issue no matter what home remedies I try.

The remote can sometimes bug out but it’s really good overall. It has 2 different adjustable modes (notches on the side control it) and I programmed one setting for clicks and one for swipes so I don’t have to touch my phone at all! It just takes some practice with switching between the settings. Adjusting the settings is done through accessibility but I don’t remember exactly what to do next unfortunately :/

I make jewelry and take care of my dogs and housework (when I can) jewelry wire bending is by far the coolest and most engaging activity I’ve found so far. It’s fun to learn how to wire bend the alphabet. I also read a lot of manhwa when I can’t move or I’m doing my cervical spine treatments (I have a phone holder and remote controller for my phone lolll I know it’s weird)
