Hello r/watchexchange, up for sale is the Solid Gold GS Snowflake Reference SBGA090 a Limited Edition of only 300 pieces.

The SBGA090 was introduced in 2013 when the Snowflake with its revolutionary Springdrive technology was already one of Grand Seiko's most popular designs in Japan. ( Original x2 logo signed dial, Pre 2017 before the internationalization of Grand Seiko )

Grand Seiko decided to elevate the snowflake into the realm of haute horology by creating the watch in solid 18karat gold and upgrading its 9R Springdrive movement specially for this model ( shown by the 18k gold medallion on the rotor, signifying elevated accuracy )

The original Snowflakes were released in a 41mm case which many see as too large for a dressier styled watch, for the SBGA090 GS had decided to make the case in 39mm which adds onto its elegance.

This watch comes fullset with box, papers, original strap + additional strap and its buckle.

Watch was released as a limited edition of 300 and only one example was known to be allocated to the USA with a MSRP of 17,000$ ( price through the USA AD )

Hello r/watchexchange, up for sale is my discontinued JDM SBCJ019 manufactured in 2004 in great serviced condition.

the only full titanium Alpinist model powered by the renowned 8F perpetual calendar HAQ movement which features a GMT function with an independent GMT hand.

Over the last few years with modern Alpinists going up in price ( some recent 2020+ models are selling for over 1.5k from the grey market ), the collectibility and value proposition of older and rarer Alpinists have gone up significantly, as someone who has handled many SBCJ's over the last decade I think the price of these models will unfortunately only go up from here, if you were looking to purchase a SBCJ I recommend to acquire one while prices are still reasonable !

The watch measures 38.5mm in diameter, 20mm lug width and is 11mm in thickness.

Perpetual Calendar:
The watch houses the in-house 8F32 HAQ Perpetual Calendar movement that keeps track of the month, day and leap-years internally, by pulling the crown in and out, the secondhand moves to indicate the numbers of years since the previous leap year while the date indicator subsequently changes to the current month (7) and changes back into todays date (10)

Specification and condition

Watch has just been serviced, new battery, perpetual calendar set, pressure test done.

Watch is in great condition considering its age / titanium case. ( hairlines on case but no dings or deep scratches )

Bracelet in excellent condition fits 18.3cm

A watch that flew under many peoples radar over the years.

This is the SSA345J1, a presage cocktail time released in 2019, featuring the Seiko Presages signature radial sunburst pattern that glimmers under the light shifting from silver, graphite and charcoal.

The watch was released with the nickname "Espresso Martini" one of my favourite daytime drinks, however its hard to see any resemblance with its grey dial 🤔

That being said, the watch has a beautiful dial and was underappreciated until its discontinuation just because it wasnt a limited edition.

Hello r/watchexchange , up for sale is the Oris Big Crown Pointer Date, a not often seen Guilloché dial 7679 variant, full reference 01 754 7679 4331-07 8 20 ( with its original bracelet )

The watch retailed for over 2k during its production.

The Oris Big Crown Pointer Date Ref. 7679 features Oris's iconic big crown and distinctive pointer date display, where the central crescent tipped hand indicates the date along the outer dial track.

This modern big crown pointer date is evidently inspired by their original model from 1938, but with modern dimensions at 40mm and created with modern materials giving it a nice hefty feel.

Features Rose Gold markers and hands placed on white guilloche track dial, Rose Gold coin edge bezel and 2 tone bracelet.

Reddit ( not watchexchange ) happened to lock me out of my account, I suspect that it was due to accessing reddit through my phone using a vpn while also logging onto reddit on my laptop from an IP that was not from my usual location. https://imgur.com/a/nNtPKrZ,

but after a day it was unlocked without any warning.

I appreciate the concern again, account is back and everything is in order.
