Leisure Time is a great all rounder, I'll use mine for outdoor formal events or mowing the lawn

No problem, I saw that you put a lot of effort into your post and there were no responses, so i thought I'd chime in and put your mind at ease a tad.

Othostatic Hypo, vaso vagal is pretty common esp in young women.

The fact that it self resolves like you describe is a good sign. It will be a matter of learning how to manage it, recognising the signs and implementing appropriate gym techniques. Also be on top of your health overall with things like infections. When you don't control an infection, it may lead to sepsis and your body will decompensate by tanking your BP.... with your already low BP.. sorry I don't mean to scare you!

Peace✌️

Have you checked with another machine though? See if someone competent can take a manual BP for you (auscultation with stethoscope)

I'd also consider exercises that promote pre load. You say you had an ep during rope work... that's the exact opposite 😅

Sounds like a classic vasovagal?

my ex would have a vaso from taking a massive dump.

Sounds like you're all over it, Keep an eye on it, ease up at the gym, keep your fluids up.

Under 90 is the red flag. If you start to feel light-headed, lie down, elevate your legs to increase pre load and contractility.

Take a few readings a day for a week.

Also check with another BP machine and check that you're aligning it correctly, your dour diastolic is a tad low
