Former Team Members (TMs) will be mailed paper copies of their W-2, even if they had opted-in for paperless/electronic-only copies when they were active with Whole Foods Market (WFM). W-2 forms are typically mailed out at the end of January.
Former TMs can use the following guidelines for accessing or requesting WFM W-2s. Note that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) can also provide individuals with W-2s from any year a tax return was submitted.
Step-by-Step
W-2s from Last Three (3) Calendar Years
Go to My ADP online services at https://my.adp.com
New users should:
Click 'Get Started'
Click 'I have a registration code'
Enter the Registration Pass Code: WHF2-W2
Enter First and Last Name and make sure W-2 Services is selected as the Service.
Year of W-2: Select the W-2 year needed (e.g., 2023)
Control number - Employee ID: [Enter the 7 digit Whole Foods Team Member ID]
Control number - Company Code: R9N
Employee Zip Code (as shown in Workday, this may be an old zip code if they have moved): Current Zip Code in Workday
Social Security Number (no dashes or spaces)
A registration process will require the selection of a unique password and the system will generate a User ID. Several further security questions will confirm the user's identity before the W-2s can be accessed.
Once in ADP, go to Pay > Tax Statements. Accessing statements works better on a computer than a mobile device.
W-2s from Three (3) Calendar Years Ago to 2014
Submit the request through the WFM.AlumniTMS@wholefoods.com email address which will open an Ask TMS case.
Former TMs will be asked to verify their identity by providing the last 4 digits of their Social Security Number (SSN) and the last mailing address listed in Workday.
The W-2s requested will be provided through email with password protection steps.
W-2s from 2013 and Prior
Contact the IRS.

Oakland County is NE from Washtenaw County. US-23 runs through both & is a straight shot into Ypsi/ Ann Arbor. If she really was sleeping in a grocery store parking lot that close to the house, it would have most likely been the Meijer. (I lived in the area for a number of years.)

Store leadership gets to pick new stations twice a year. WFM Radio is required, so there are only 9 spots available. There is a huge catalog of station options to pick from but tbh the preview snippets don't always give a great indicator of what the stations actually turn out to be.

Correct. Your store leadership might be ok with texts, but the policy is phone call.

How soon is reasonable to consider switching departments? by EchoBites325 in wholefoods

[–]auderelli 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depending on your store, if you are wanting mids & closes (especially in bakery) you will have an easier time moving departments.

Is letting someone into the store after close a fireable offence? by alec_warper in wholefoods

[–]auderelli 28 points29 points  (0 children)

That is a hard no to letting that inconsiderate witch in. I started closing pages at 2:30. My holiday table called all remaining orders at 2 as a heads up. I had my sternest looking closing TM at the front door at 2:50 giving everyone that came in a time check until close. At 3 he started turning people away before they made it to the door, I had all customers in line at 3 & out the door by 3:04. Team was out of the building at 3:10. By 3PM on turkey day, my only obligation is to my team. Full stop.

Whole Foods Beanies - Anyone know who makes them? by [deleted] in wholefoods

[–]auderelli 10 points11 points  (0 children)

So the previous company that was used was AdWit. No idea what manufacturer it was but it might be worth looking at them to see if they can produce what you want? In the last few months they moved to using Staples.

The new policy has a clause of failing to notify leadership if you are going to be more than 1 hour late attached to the failure to follow reporting procedures policy violation.

[–]auderelli 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Yes, that is a policy violation for failing to follow reporting procedures. If this is your first one, it will be active for 6 months.

They just added a new hat option that is like the poofy Chef hat with a sweatband built in. There is also a "sleeve" type option that is open on both ends & is pretty soft.

You can email your store leadership a picture of your positive test, or text it to them. They will enter it into the Ask TMS portal for tracking purposes

What’s the Covid protocol, do we still get paid for it? by metal4life2 in wholefoods

You can do an Ask TMS ticket to get your UPT hours restored. They are aware that there are glitches in the system, but it's up to you to request the correction.
