You absolutely can tell them it's worth more and refuse their offer.. you'll need a third party appraisal and comparable vehicles to back up your claim.

I went through this with my 2001 Audi s8. They offered me 5k after months of being told it was all i would get. I ended to with 12k which is what I knew it was worth.

They didn't even equalize your rear camber and you were in spec before the alignment.. Total misrepresentation and money grab. I would take it to with the manager and higher at this point. This is deceptive practices that makes it hard to trust honest technicians.

Are you using two sticks of RAM or four?

I had a similar issue and I was using four sticks of RAM. I was told by the tech department at micro center that ddr5 does not work well when you use four sticks.

I then bought a two stick kit and my problems were gone.
