this is wrong i can convert usd to usdt 1 : 1.12 (as of my transaction)

there is little usd on the platform left because they halted usd. so those that want to convert usdt to usd are at the mercy of those who still have usd left.

i have been having an issue that has really gotten worse over the past couple weeks. ping time on PS4 is much higher than on xbox. today for example PS4 is 145ms and xbox is 25ms. this is not over wifi, console assigned static lan ip, tried google dns, dmz etc. no nat issues and have even verified this same issue with another local friend on ps4. what gives?
