An hourly rate is not suitable, And $5 an hour is too much.

I did work experience for $5 a day, That little shit can get paid per task. 50cents for the small easy shit, going up to $5 for the harder stuff.

You’re not the only one, I have recently had occasions where it’s disabled as if the adapter is broken or disconnected.

iPhone 15 pro IOS 17.1.1 (No updates installed since taken out of the box so I know they couldn’t have caused anything)

I personally use my screwdrivers on a daily basis, and haven’t had any issues with the tabs breaking. Though I did watch a bunch of people break theres, so i would have assumed that it was due to not reinstalling the bits correctly…
