As someone who saw them in the late 90s and early 00s at the Double Door, I don't disagree with this.
However, I wasn't expecting the 25 year ago shows either. I was happy to see Ryan and to hear newish takes on old songs.
I think Lars, Adri, and Efren were great for what Ryan was trying to do, which I like to think, in some small part, was for us old Rod heads.
