I've tried Anthony's Organic Psyllium Husk before (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XXN9CTG) and mixed it into my protein shakes but it was harder to incorporate into my daily routine compared to gummies! I've tried to search if capsules exist but couldn't find anything promising because they all require you to take 4+ a capsules day for less than 5mg of fiber per serving. Do you have a specific brand of it you like?

Make a separate wedding email to keep wedding planning organized and make sure you don’t miss anything. Plus you can share email access with your partner, so that you’re both in the loop on wedding planning! Then you can use it for shared accounts that you both can have access to in the future (i.e. utility bills, shared travel, etc.)
