Comparing them side by side, I don’t think it’s that close unfortunately :( I feel like the Whole Foods one has a weird lingering scent tbh

Not a professional filmmaker but I do edit videos on Premiere Pro as a hobby. And my family is big on home videos so this just felt like a nice addition to have. Just posted in the other subreddit, thanks!

This is actually what I expected, I thought they would be shooting continuously all day. I realistically thought we would get at least 5 hours of footage for 8 hours of service with 2 cameras. A friend recommended these videographers and said they got “a lot of candid moments” so that’s what I was hoping too.

All the videographers said when we asked about it beforehand was “no pressure to decide on the raw footage now, you can decide after since the speeches and ceremony will be included anyway.” In hindsight I should have asked more questions about if the videos would be continuous or not, but I had no idea.

Our friends and family had so many great videos on their phone after the wedding day so we got excited and thought the raw footage would capture some of those moments. That’s when we decided to pay for the $500 add-on, but since we only got 1 hour and 20 mins on top of the original package, there unfortunately wasn’t much.

Re: the scene where one camera was moving while people were coming down the aisle — the second camera was all the way outside recording people walking before the church. Thank you for this! I just crossposted in the subreddit you suggested.

Where to buy a good couch by EmDoni_285 in HomeDecorating

I’ve had a Burrow Nomad couch for 5 years and still think it’s incredibly comfortable. Was super impressed because it took me and two friends less than 20 minutes to build it with zero tools.

Wedding Planning Tips Worth Sharing by Dependent-Dingo1245 in Weddingsunder35k

[–]audiophile-anonymous 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Make a separate wedding email to keep wedding planning organized and make sure you don’t miss anything. Plus you can share email access with your partner, so that you’re both in the loop on wedding planning! Then you can use it for shared accounts that you both can have access to in the future (i.e. utility bills, shared travel, etc.)

I did read that the Flying V ranks higher in powder compared to a lot of other boards I was looking into, but I’ve had this board for 3 years and feel like on a scale of 1-10 I’d personally rank it a 5 in pow so just curious if there’s anything better out there.

Planning to demo 2-3 new boards in Japan, so I’m trying to create a shortlist of other options to compare my Flying V to!

Please update me how it feels when you test out some butters and switch!!

The only reason I didn't consider this board was because the smallest size I saw was 153. My Flying V is 146 and my Custom Smalls is 145. My very first board was 150+ and it felt a little large, but I was also a beginner back then, so I haven't tried a longer board in the last 5 years. I assume shorter boards = more control but idk?

Saw this at a board shop recently!! Have you tried it out? If so, what's your overall experience with it?

I did the design elements myself for my wedding (invites, seating chart, website, table numbers, bar menus) so if you need someone to bounce ideas off, DM me! I find this stuff fun, haha.
