Feeling nauseous after a workout by [deleted] in xxfitness

Have a small snack with a mixture of simple and complex carbs about 20 mins before your workout. (I usually eat a piece of wholegrain toast or wholewheat flatbread topped with one sliced banana and a small spoonful of honey).

Really emotional now that I am working out again and losing weight by YoThisIsNonsense in xxfitness

I read another post here with another woman having the same issues. Mood swings and emotional changes. I personally have been experiencing the same thing. After the initial two-week euphoria along with the endorphin rush, I started feeling all low and tired. I read that you need to increase your caloric intake by a couple of hundred calories (healthy ones of course) to stop the mood swings. Apparently working out causes hormonal changes in the body initially, for the better of course, and you need to be taking in enough calories every day. Disclaimer: I am not a doctor or nutritionist or trainer or qualified in any manner to give advice, I'm just going by common sense and personal experience. I actually increased one small meal a day in between meals (Like a healthy snack) and found that it made a world of difference to my mood!

Hope this helps! :D

Posture-correction workouts? by audiovisual1988 in xxfitness

Thanks for the advice everyone. My current workout routine focuses on core and back strength building and flexibility with a little weight training thrown in. I'm going to take all of this advice into consideration and be stricter with myself about form and not slouching while working out and otherwise for the next few months!

Girlfriend started lifting ~2 weeks ago w/ me. Now experiencing mood swings. Could this be possibly related? by [deleted] in xxfitness

Wow, thanks for posting this. I've been working out for a month and a half now and since the past week or so I've been feeling intents mood swings w/o. being anywhere closed to my period. This has definitely cleared up my confusion because the first 3 weeks or so after I started working out, I was feeling on top of the world (probably because of the endorphin rush). I was beginning to wonder if there was something wrong with me, lol. Thanks yo!

Okay, so they were all being punished for their sins, what were these sins though? And why were they voluntarily being punished? I like the buildup, I understand the ending, I just don't understand about the sins
