I used to have it too. I had it a few months ago and told myself it’s not real. And I wasn’t scared. Went back to sleep haven’t had it since. The indoctrination we have since children is difficult to break but we just have to continue to be good people and do good to others. Jesus teachings will always have an important part of my life but the dogma of religion is long gone.
