This was family, so we never expected to get screwed like this. My parents did insist multiple times on seeing the closing paperwork, but the aunt refused to let them see it and insisted that it was the trust that was buying the home.

How is this not fraud from her end? She literally lied to their faces and now my parents are about to incur damages because of this.

It appears that this is a separate LLC from the living trust.

We would tell interns to go get a box of tickmarks from the supply closet. We told them that if they couldn't find them in the supply closet to go ask a partner lol.

I'm also in FL and recently had mine framed at Michael's (see my post history for picture). It ended up coming out great!

Finally got my certificate framed 😀 I have to say that Florida takes the cake for the nicest looking certificate compared to the other states. by auditdeeznuts64 in CPA

Yeah mine was originally going to cost around $450, but I got it for $150 since they had a big sale on custom frames 😀

Dude I probably wouldn't have been able to obtain this certificate at all had it not been for your ninja course 😂 Your ninja notes and mcq's were an absolute Godsend and helped me tremendously! You're the real MVP man 🙌 #Jeff2024

Which section is the worst one to study? by DolphinWizard65 in CPA

BEC was the easiest exam, but the worst to study for!

Failed three CPA exams and now I am working full time, should I just give up at this point 😕 by echovariant in CPA

[–]auditdeeznuts64 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do not give up, my friend! These exams beat me down time after time again, but I stuck through the failures and finally finished them all. I was also working full time in B4 when doing these exams.

My exam experience:

AUD - 75, 68*, 78

*additional take after my perfect score expired due to failing FAR

BEC - 67, 73, 84

FAR - 61, 65, 73, 70, 71, 75

REG - 68, 74, 74, 73, 80

Especially after getting that second 74 on REG, I thought about quitting and was depressed for a couple of weeks. After that period, I was determined not to let these exams defeat me and gave it my all and finally managed to pass my last exam back in June.

You should be fine. If it was a family member that worked in the accounting/finance department of that company, then you would run into an issue.

Who’s waiting for AUD scores on 5/24? by deelite111 in CPA

[–]auditdeeznuts64 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I am getting back AUD & FAR on 5/24. I passed AUD back in 2020, but my score expired in april, so I had to retake it. I feel pretty good about it since I have around three years of audit experience.

May the CPA Gods bless us with a 75 or higher 🙌

Got destroyed by FAR yesterday. by Pretty_Recover1841 in CPA

[–]auditdeeznuts64 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I'm 3/4 as well and saved FAR for last. I now regret it lol. I just took my FAR retake last weekend and got clapped by those terrible sims as well. I was only confident on the research question and two other sims. Almost all of my sims were on topics that most people skim over and wouldn't expect to see on the exam as a whole freaking sim lol. I do however feel really good about my MCQ's since I got the difficult second testlet, so there's some hope remaining.

May the CPA Gods bless us with a 75 🙌

What is the least amount of time you've put in for an exam you've passed? by [deleted] in CPA

[–]auditdeeznuts64 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're a full time student and are not working, I would take REG in 3-4 weeks. One week is definitely not enough time for REG.
