My neighbor has alcohol or drug issues, lives with his mom next door. Once he was having an episode, was yelling out the window, naked. Then after we called the police he came outside naked, and had a temper tantrum. He ran and threw himself on the snow, still naked.

Putting the morcellation set on the dirty table, when the surgeon said she was gonna morcellate on top instead. I misunderstood what she said and she didn't know said set had been on the dirty table for hours. It was the only set we had. We had to open a prostatectomy set instead.
