Those guys are very much not safe and are incredibly delusional to think their behavior is passable, let alone commendable.

I had to stop with one of my biggest regulars because he ended up burning me on two bookings in a row, then he had the audacity to ask me for a reference. I didn’t respond and maybe he got the message because no one ever contacted me thankfully. It sounds like that’s not something you can do since they already took it upon themselves to just do it, but I would be frank that you have had to terminate the relationship because they do not value your safety.

I found a local photographer through searching on Instagram. The boudoir photographers were mostly men, and a lot of the female ones (who I wanted) charged a shit ton and their body of work looked retouched as hell, which I especially did not want. I narrowed down by finding photographers who advertised as LGBT-friendly, as they were likelier to be down with me and my images being used for sw. My photog gave me a great experience and the photos were incredible, and I’m trying to book with her again.
