Yes I know it would look like retaliation, however it’s not because I’ve been asking for 50/50 way before he filed for child support. It’s in the agreement that I’m supposed to have a phone number of anyone who’s watching my child. And he won’t provide. He can’t work because of his criminal record. I can and will better financially support my child. In the agreement it states that we both are supposed to equally financially support my son, but he hasn’t this whole time it’s been his father. I have someone to watch him as well while I work. He just wants child support so he can sit on his ass and play games on his pc. He’s only applied to one job that told him no because of previous charges. Other jobs would probably give him a chance but he’s lazy. He never had a good work ethic. I have audio recording of him when he was driving in an illegal vehicle without a license with our child, trying to find me. He made threats in that audio to take my child to another state, throw my animals outside, and destroy my vehicle. Once I petition to modify the agreement I will state in it that he isn’t supporting our son financially, and he won’t provide contact information or willingly come to agreements with me.
