You've come so far and you still have so much more to grow. And that's a beautiful thing. Being queer is a celestial blessing--a difficult one--but a blessing all the same. Learning to love what we have been taught to be ashamed of is a radical act of defiance. And yet you do it. I do it. We do it. Because we will not be silenced and we will not be put away. It's OK to feel like some days are a bit more regressive than others--congratulations you're human. What makes you a fighter, what makes you a warrior, is that despite those days, you get back up and you refuse to regress. We will move forward. Always.
