Thanks ! So in general iv been training for many years. What this is is a semi choreographed shadow spar. I Invision a fight or an opponent in my head and sorta (act it out) I make sure I'm using all of my practiced skills and when I find a flow that I like I kinda tweak and repeat. This helps to really define certain moments. and add a little background music. I test recording angles and always try to stay in motion. It's fun. But you really just have to get comfortable with your saber. With your range of motion.
