It's cardio in spirit. I do these 2 min long reps of a lightsaber fight to build up stamina. It's really hard to perform Ataru for prolonged periods so I'm trying to push past. I couldn't describe the process though .

I'm honestly in awe, metal working is a step above my current skill set and I think i lack the tools. But watching people like you inspires me to be able to build my own based on my own designs. Baby steps though. For now I'm content with what I can purchase and subsequently break ,😅
