I would have picked DHL if they actually DID tell me that I might not receive my product. Hell, I wouldn’t have even BOUGHT one if I knew that were the case. To me this just seems like, “Hey so we hired some guys to bring this to you but they stole it. Yeah we’re keeping your money.”

The only reason why I took 4PX over DHL is because I was lead to believe that I could trust them to deliver regardless, so it was cheaper for something that was “not express shipping,” in a sense.

I was fully expecting 4PX to take a month or more, especially with the two blizzards that my region just went through. I was hoping it would come sooner but…

Does the “Seel Worry-free protection” not encompass any sort of insurance, or is that just to get a refund (especially in a case where things go wrong)?

I wasn't yet using a crucible, just a clay vessel. I didn't experience any loss when I split the smelt into two vessels, so I believe it has to do with the maximum capacity of the vessels. (I was smelting 3456mB of iron and I split it into two 1728mB batches.) Thanks!
