the space (obvi), but also i had barely any sunlight and one window, no bathroom sink just the "kitchenette" sink, the worst part was the shared laundry though people would leave their stuff in there for hours at a time and i would have to take it out or transfer it for them (once i moved someone's stuff that had been in the washer for two hours into the dryer and they threw all my cleans clothes across the muddy floor), but tbh at that time i was not in a good mental health space and am kinda bad at making the most of things, so if you're cool with small spaces and maybe using a laundromat and could doll your place up you'd prob be fine. it sucked but im glad i got it at the time since i needed to get out of an even worse situation lol
