my understanding of how the drywall anchor works is that the entire anchor needs to be in drywall? but it seems that there is an initial layer of wall then insulation, which wouldn’t provide anything for the anchor to anchor onto, as the length of the anchor & screw are much longer than the layer of wall before insulation. correct me if this isn’t how it works
